About Lew Frye
William Lewis (Lew) Frye, Jr was born and grew up in Portsmouth, Virginia.
He graduated from Frederick Military Academy, Portsmouth, Virginia in 1960 and went on to attend East Tennessee State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Real estate in 1968.
From 1968-1972 he worked for New York Life Insurance Company as a commercial real estate appraiser and loan officer in Washington DC & Los Angeles, California in their Real Estate Investment Department.
From 1972 – 1974 he worked in general real estate and the mortgage business in Brandon, Florida
From 1975-1978 he worked for Lomas & Nettleton of Dallas Texas., the largest mortgage company in America at the time. Lew opened and ran the Tampa Commercial Loan Office originating and placing large commercial real estate loans.
In 1978 he obtained a Florida General Contractors License, CGC #012362, which he still holds today.
Since 1978 Lew has organized, planned, and built hundreds of buildings in the central Florida area, both residential and commercial. Almost all projects were the result of personal referrals from previous customers and friends.
He also was involved in developing two subdivisions in Hillsborough County, Florida
Lew is also the founder and President of Integrity Business Referrals, Inc. in 2010 which is a faith based networking and referral organization based in Lakeland, Florida and it is still going strong today.
About Robert Tanner II
Robert was raised in military home and his family moved to Florida in 1972. His father owned a boat marina in Tavares, Florida and Robert grew up learning mechanics, in addition to developing a love for outdoor life. He loves to fish!
Robert graduated from Tavares High School in 1987. After a few years of self-employment, he realized the value of a college degree. As a result, he attended Southeastern University. He graduated in 1997 with a BA in Psychology. He enjoys helping people and solving problems.
At first, he thought counseling would be my lot in life; however, he realized after trial-and-error he is best suited for construction and this his my true passion!
Robert started digging ditches in high school for Triangle Construction in Tavares, FL. Since that time, he has been involved in all phases of construction including building multiple homes from the ground up. He has over 24 years of construction experience.
In addition to construction he has been actively involved in mortgage lending for the past 21 years. He holds a national NMLS Mortgage Loan Originators license, NMLS 375464, which is important to know for the vetting process.
Robert met his wife while both were in college and They have been married for 23 years. They have two boy’s, 21 and 15. Their 21-year-old is active duty with the United State Coast Guard.
Robert is a Christian man and he believes that character is not bought, it is earned. The owner of this company is also a Christ follower; therefore, Integrity is our first name! “Whoever walks in integrity walks securely, but he who makes his ways crooked will be found out. Proverbs 11:3”
